Born on the banks of the River Murray, Rasied in Sevenhill. This Barrel Aged version of our contemporary Gin showcases the Kaffir Lime, Citrus Zing and Spice with a moderate Juniper body.
Rested in our custom French Oak barrels to develop an entirely unique Gin experience. Ideal on it's own, mixed with Ginger Beer or a natural Cola.
Whiskeyesque character combined with citrus, spice, warmth & gorgeous natural deep golden caramel appearance.
